Shipping & Returns

Shipping

       Shipping will be provided by united parcel service (U.P.S).   Once your order is shipped we will email your tracking number.  To check the status of your order please visit www.ups.com.  There will be options on the speed of the delivery through the check out process of the shopping cart.

 Returns

      Once you approve your order into production the sale is final.  If for any reason you receive your product and it’s not what you approved.  We will create a new one at no charge to you.  We are a customer service company it is important to us that your experience is a positive one.  We are looking to create a realationship where your recognition product needs are meet for years to come.  

Order Process

      Once the payment is received, you will be sent an email with your product layout by the next business day.  Upon receiving your layout, you may make any appropriate changes needed and/or approve your order.  Once you approve, your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days. 

Image and logo upload requirement

Logo/image : vector file  example .ai .cdr .eps

Text file:  Microsoft word, pdf, Corel draw and Microsoft excel

      If logo or art work is sent in other file format additional charges will apply to changing the file format.  You will be notified of the fee in the layout approval process.
