How long does it take for my artwork to be created?

Online products: once payment is received and artwork is approved your order starts production. All products will be shipped two (2) to five (5) business days after the artwork is approved.Note: Large orders may take longer to produce. The customer will be notified if production time is expected to exceed 2 to 5 days.

*Rush orders are available for an additional charge. Please call 612-636-1225 to inquire about rush orders and production times.

Custom work: Many custom jobs require products to be supplied by the customer. For this reason, normal timelines and pricing do not apply. If you require custom engraving on a product not listed in our store, please contact Perfect in Design by phone at 612-636-1225 or by email at moc.ngisednitcefrep@ofni.

How long will it take to get my order?

Please allow 2 to 5 business days of production time for all custom engraved orders. All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail unless express shipping was selected in the shopping cart. Expected delivery for domestic (United States) customers is 1 to 4 days depending on where the package is being sent. Tracking numbers are available for shipped products.Note: Perfect in Design ships from Burnsville, Minnesota.

International Shipping: International customers will have their product shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Expected delivery for international customers is 6 to 10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Perfect in Design accepts all major credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®) along with PayPal. If you wish to make a payment using another method such as personal check, please contact us at 612-636-1225.

What is the ordering process?

After purchasing a product and/or submitting a custom design please allow up to 1 business day for artwork approval.

Once your order and artwork have been approved you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your order is being processed and production has begun. Please allow up to 2 to 5 businessdays after artwork is approved for the item to be shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on whatshipping method was selected.

Are there discount coupons available?

We offer discounts for charitable and non-profit organizations and military personnel. Please email us at moc.ngisednitcefrep@ofni to see what discounts are available.

How can I check the status of my order?

At Perfect in Design, our goal is to keep you informed of your orders status. Once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email with the summary of your purchase. When the production period (2 to 5 businessdays) is complete you will receive another email with shipping details and a tracking number. Also, you can check the status of your order at any time by going to track order on the Perfect in Design site.

How much will shipping cost?

Perfect in Design uses USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship products. Shipping costs are determined by method of shipping (Priority, 2-Day, or 1-Day), your distance from our warehouse in Minnesota, and the size and weight of your order.

Free priority shipping on orders over $100

If your order totals over $100 (before tax), we offer FREE shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Offer is valid in contiguous US only. Does not Include Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, APO/FPO or anywhere outside of the United States of America.

Is there a setup fee for using a custom logo?

Perfect in Design offers free engraving on all products purchased online. Custom logos must be uploaded as vector (eps, ai, pdf) or high resolution graphics. During the artwork approval process, if the file uploaded is of low quality, you will be notified by a member of Perfect in Design that a new file is required.

How much will engraving cost?

Perfect in Design offers free engraving on all products purchased online with the exception of color filled engraving which may have additional charges. 

Is there a charge for additional color fill?

Perfect in Design offers various color fill options. Colors other than default (usually black) have an additional one-time charge. These charges vary by product. You will be notified of any additional color charges when you select the color. Any additional charges will be detailed in your order summary.

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes, we ship to military APO/FPO addresses. If you have a military address, please type in FPO or APO for the city, select AA, AE or AP from the pull-down menu for your state, and type in your zip code. We will ship your order via US Postal Service. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

What happens if I have an incomplete or incorrect order, or shipped the wrong order?

If you receive an incorrect order please notify Perfect in Design and we will refund and reprocess your order free of charge.

If you receive an incomplete order please notify Perfect in Design and we will ship any missing products to you free of charge.

If you receive an order that does not appear to be yours, please notify Perfect in Design immediately. We will provide return shipping free of charge and reprocess your order and express ship your item to you.

Do you provide bulk order discounts?

Perfect in Design offers bulk order discounts for the majority of our products. To view bulk order prices please visit the product details page for the specific product you are interested in purchasing.

What tax base is used for orders?

Sales taxes are applied based upon the shipping destination for each order.
